At least 21 dead in car bomb explosions in Baghdad

Multiple car bombs killed at least 21 people in Baghdad Monday, according to a Reuters report citing Iraqi police.
U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki Moon was visiting the Iraqi capital when the violence occurred.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The deadliest attack was in the mainly Shi'ite district of Shaab in eastern Baghdad, where a car bomb blast damaged a commercial area, killing 11 people and wounding 28.
