UNITED NATIONS – The United Nations says a peacekeeper has been killed in Central African Republic.
A spokeswoman for the secretary-general said Thursday that the peacekeeper died in a crash after a convoy was attacked in the capital, Bangui.
Vannina Maestracci says at least seven peacekeepers were injured. There was no information yet on the attackers.
