Significant storm system to impact eastern half of US

A significant storm system will bring plenty of  impacts from the Southeast U.S., to the Mid Atlantic, and Northeast today through Friday.

We could have strong to severe storms across the Southeast along with heavy rain and flooding from the Mid Atlantic to the Northeast.

Meanwhile, the active weather continues out west, with a series of pacific storms bringing heavy mountains snow, strong winds, and heavy rain along coastal locations
