The recent weeks of severe weather across the Plains have come to an end, however the flooding threat will continue for weeks across the Plains, Midwest, and Mississippi River Valley as floodwaters and rivers flow downstream.
A few strong storms are possible later today through tonight from the eastern Ohio River Valley to the Mid-Atlantic.
