Dry conditions continue in West; Humberto strengthens in Atlantic

Red Flag Warnings are in effect across portions of the West as dry conditions keep the wildfire danger critical today.
In the Atlantic, Humberto has strengthened into a hurricane as it turns east, likely to bring impacts to Bermuda Wednesday night into early Thursday.
The U.S. East Coast will continue experiencing increased surf and rip currents.
