Authorities say a woman is being held on a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of a co-worker at an Arkansas plant.
Lillie Foots-Wilson is accused of fatally shooting 34-year-old Latange Long on Monday morning at the Central Moloney Inc. plant in Pine Bluff. The women ran machinery at the plant, which makes parts for transformers.
Police Lt. JoAnn Bates says the women got into some kind of altercation and Long was shot.

No one else was hurt, but Central Moloney spokesman Chris Hart says dozens of other people were nearby.
The 49-year-old Foots-Wilson was being held at the Jefferson County Jail, but hadn't been formally charged Monday. She's expected to make her first court appearance Tuesday. Her husband, Gary Wilson, says they're working to get her an attorney.
