Up to 15 killed, more than 160 injured in Texas fertilizer plant explosion
An explosion in the town of West, Texas, (video) which is about 20 miles north of Waco, killed up to 15 people and injured more than 160, authorities say. Among the damaged buildings were 50 to 75 homes, an apartment complex with about 50 units and the West Rest Haven Nursing Home.
