Union: 7 fire department workers face discipline after probe into firefighter, paramedic sex
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The Philadelphia firefighters union says seven fire department employees are facing discipline in an investigation of sex between firefighters and a female paramedic.
The union said Friday that four of those employees are alleged to have had sex with the paramedic, including one inside a firehouse. It says the three others are accused of sexual harassment tied to alleged inappropriate behavior at work.
The union says those recommended for discipline by a city oversight agency include two battalion chiefs, two firefighters, a captain and a lieutenant.

The union says it has only seen a redacted version of the investigative report and is asking for a complete version.
But union officials say the sex that occurred was consensual, and are disputing the accusation that sex took place in a firehouse.
