Authorities say a small plane has crashed behind a home in Camden County.

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Arlene Salac says the Ercoupe 415-C plane crashed occurred around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday on East Linden Avenue in Lindenwold.

Officials say two people were in the plane and both were conscious when they were extricated from the aircraft. Both have been taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, but further details on their conditions have not been disclosed.

Authorities say it did not appear that anyone on the ground was injured in the accident.
