Family members of a Las Vegas tour bus driver killed in fiery crash said Wednesday they want to see a 24-year-old Las Vegas man sent to prison on felony drunken driving charges in the weekend wreck that also killed a German tourist.

Jonathan Donner remained hospitalized in custody, and didn't appear for an initial court appearance in the Saturday crash at a downtown Las Vegas intersection.

Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Karen Bennett-Haron reset his initial appearance for Monday. Donner doesn't have a lawyer, court officials said. He would be appointed an attorney on Monday.

"We want justice," Evelyn Hernandez, daughter of Jose Francisco Cosenza, said outside court. Cosenza, 53, lived in Las Vegas.

Hernandez, a sister, Carla Escamilla, and three other relatives promised to attend future court hearings to show Donner the damage caused to their family.

Donner is expected to face two counts of DUI causing death and three charges of DUI causing substantial bodily harm, prosecutor Brian Rutledge said. Each charge could result in a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

Police say Donner was driving a BMW that sped through a red light and hit the shuttle bus, causing it to burst into flames. The BMW also caught fire and spun into another car.

The name of the German tourist wasn't immediately made public by the Clark County coroner, pending notification of his relatives.

Three other people in the bus escaped the vehicle with burns and other injuries. They were identified as Stefanie Kloeppel, 30, of Germany; and Brian Zerbee, 39, and Sara Zerbee, 34, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Police said the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash wasn't injured.
