Thomas taking on a more female role with a different hairstyle and wearing a dress. He also now goes by the more feminine-friendly name Tammy and is undergoing a controversial therapy to delay the onset of puberty until his teens.

Thomas favors headbands over ball caps and chooses to wear clothing tailored for girls.
