The NYPD has released security camera video showing a thief snatching a purse from an elderly woman in a wheelchair in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Police say the thief stole the 78-year-old woman's purse shortly after 1 p.m. on July 20, 2011.
Cops describe the thief as about 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, and wearing a gray T-shirt and dark colored shorts with a white stripe.
