FARMINGTON, N.M. – San Juan County authorities say a man accused of leading authorities on a six hour car chase and manhunt is facing 21 criminal charges.
It started when a man allegedly broke into a gas station to steal alcohol, cigarettes and money.
The Daily Times reports the San Juan County Sheriff's Office arrested 30-year-old David Zepeda Monday.
Authorities accuse Zepeda of crashing three vehicles -- including one taken in Colorado and another from the Central Consolidated School District -- before he was finally captured.
One of the cars was abandoned near the seventh hole at the Riverview Golf Course in Farmington.
