A store owner in Rhode Island has come under fire on social media for displaying a plush toy of Hillary Clinton that dangles from a metal hook next to a “Make America Great Again” sign inside the store.
The Providence Journal reports that online comments mounted after a woman wrote a Facebook post on Tuesday about the "Lyin' Hillary Doll" displayed at the store in Smithfield.
The owner, Tony Polseno Jr. said that a customer had bought the doll online and had given it to him. When squeezed, the doll says statements such as, "Not a single one of my emails was classified."

Online commenters were offended at the placement of the doll. Polseno said the doll wasn’t meant to be offensive and that the comments reflect a misunderstanding.
Polseno told the Journal that the online comments were a “cyber attack.”
