Authorities say a woman fatally shot in a domestic dispute near Philadelphia last week recorded the sound of her own killing on her phone.
Prosecutors say Wesley Webb had activated an audio recording program and it captured the shot and afterward gunman Keith Robert Smith swearing and saying, "How's that? That's where we just went."
Prosecutors say Webb and Smith had been living together in Phoenixville with three children but had gotten into a fight and Webb had decided to leave and take two of the children. They allege Smith shot Webb with a shotgun May 2 and then tried to shoot himself but failed.

Prosecutors announced murder charges against Smith on Wednesday.
Court documents don't list an attorney for Smith, who's hospitalized. A message left at a phone number listed for him hasn't been returned.
