An internal affairs investigation is underway after a 47-second video emerged that shows the Miami police officer putting a handcuffed teen in the back of a cruiser and then jumping on top of him.
The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1J3ZMen ) reports a woman filmed the scene Thursday afternoon until her cell phone appears to be knocked away. The video was originally posted on the Facebook page of a woman named Marilyn Smith and had 80,000 views by 11 p.m.
Miami Police Maj. Delrish Moss says they've seen the video but haven't named the officer, the teen or described the charges against him.
