Police arrest 2 in San Jose road rage killing of man that led to fundraising by officer
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Authorities say two people face murder charges in the shooting death of a Northern California man during a road rage incident that prompted one officer to raise more than $104,000 to help support the victim's family.
Police say 23-year-old Daniel Alejandro Reyes and 17-year-old Fidadelfo Silva Ortiz, both of San Jose, were arrested separately late last month in the slaying of 37-year-old Phuoc Hong Long Lam.
Police say Lam and the suspects got into a near-collision May 6 in San Jose. When Lam got out of his car to speak to the other driver, the suspects allegedly shot him and sped off.
