A Washington pastor who was shot dead by an officer because he was allegedly brandishing a gun had at least 21 incidents in which police were called.
Spokane Valley police records show Pastor Wayne Scott Creach was known to hold theft suspects at gunpoint and once apprehended a fleeing man several blocks away by threatening to "blow his head off."
The Spokesman Review reports that the 21 incidents involving Creash or his business, the Plant Farm, occurred over five years. Some were for business checks or civil papers, and two were for prowl checks.
