CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati man has been indicted in the death of his mother, found dead last year with bedsores and maggots on her body.
A grand jury on Tuesday indicted 33-year-old Brian White on one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of failing to provide for a functionally impaired person in the July death of 57-year-old Jorene White.
Brian White's father was convicted in December on charges of reckless homicide and failure to care for a functionally impaired person. A judge ordered probation and psychiatric treatment for Darrel White.

The father's attorney had said Brian White bullied the family into not properly caring for Jorene White.
The son's telephone number was not immediately available. A message was left for his attorney.
