Authorities say a New York state man whose license expired 33 years ago was charged with driving while intoxicated after he drove a van 11 miles without one of its tires.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says another motorist reported seeing a tire falling off a van weaving on a road in Bethany late Monday.
Deputies later arrested 61-year-old Duane Bush at his home in Bethany, southwest of Rochester. Deputies say the van traveled 11 miles through the town without a rear right tire.

Bush has been charged with aggravated DWI and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Deputies say his blood-alcohol level was more than three times above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
Police didn't know whether he had a lawyer, and there is no phone listed for Bush.
