Ohio police think a body found in a landfill is that of a 3-year-old Cleveland boy who disappeared Sunday, and his mother reportedly has been arrested in the boy's death.

The boy, Emilliano Terry, vanished at Kossuth Park in Cleveland on Sunday evening. His 20-year-old mother, Camilla Terry, said she was with her two other children at the park and turned away to tend to one of them. When she turned back around Emilliano was gone.

A county medical examiner's spokesman said a police report indicated a body found Monday evening in a trash bag at an Oakwood waste processing site was tentatively identified as Emilliano. The medical examiner's office hadn't confirmed that identity.

A spokeswoman said police planned a news conference later Monday and were not releasing further details ahead of that. It wasn't immediately clear what led police to the site.

Fox 8, citing an unnamed investigator with the Cleveland Police Department, said the mother was arrested and charged with aggravated murder. She had been escorted out of her apartment and into a police van just before 2 p.m. Monday.

Earlier Monday, police had told reporters that Camila Terry had been "helpful and cooperative" in the investigation, Fox 8 reported.
