RIDGE, N.Y. -- Police on Long Island are looking for two men who stole five military flags and broke the poles they were on.
Suffolk County police say two men in their early 20s broke into National Floral Design in Ridge at 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say the suspects broke the flag poles that stood on the side of the building and then stole the flags before fleeing.
The flags represent the five branches of the military.
National Floral Design is a memorial florist serving Calverton National Cemetery, a national cemetery on eastern Long Island.
