Houston police say a man has been charged with capital murder in the deaths of three people — likely homeless — whose skeletal remains were found in a vacant warehouse.
Police spokesman Victor Senties says officers investigating a domestic disturbance Tuesday involving 27-year-old Jamie Walter were told by another person at the scene where to find some remains.
Senties says the tip led to the discovery of one set of remains at the vacant property that day and two more on Wednesday.

He says the victims are believed to be homeless but provided no other details, pending autopsies. An investigation continues at the scene.
Police said in a news release that Walter is a suspect in at least three deaths and is held without bond.
Online jail records don't list an attorney for Walter.
