A trial is underway in New Orleans for the only person arrested after a 2014 gunfight on Bourbon Street that left a bystander dead and nine others hurt.
Jury selection began Monday in the case of Trung Le (Lee), who was captured a few days after the June 29, 2014, shooting.
Le's lawyer has said the 22-year-old fired in self-defense to save himself and others from another, still unidentified gunman.
