A man who accused former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting him claims Fine's wife regularly had sex with Syracuse players, according to court papers obtained by the New York Daily News.
The newspaper reports that former Syracuse ball boy Bobby Davis says in an affidavit that Fine's wife, Laurie, had sex with several basketball players over many years.
Davis claims in the affidavit that he overheard Laurie Fine speaking with the wife of another coach about performing oral sex on players, according to the newspaper.
The affidavit was filed Monday in New York State Supreme Court by attorney Gloria Allred.
A lawyer for Laurie Fine, meanwhile, called the accusation a "desperate" attempt to keep the suit alive.
Davis and stepbrother Michael Lang are suing Syracuse and basketball coach Jim Boeheim, saying they were defamed when Boeheim called them liars out to make money by accusing Fine of molesting them.
Davis and Lang claim they were repeatedly forcibly touched by Fine in the 1980s. Fine has not been charged and has denied any wrongdoing.
Syracuse University has said it will comment at an appropriate time.
