Authorities searching for a missing 8-year-old girl have released a new video of her and her suspected abductor, while increasing the reward for information on the case.
D.C. police believe Relisha Rudd was abducted by Kahlil Tatum -- a janitor at the homeless shelter where the girl’s family resides -- who is also wanted in the murder of his wife.
On Tuesday, authorities released a surveillance video of Relisha and Tatum walking down a hallway inside a Holiday Inn Express in northeast Washington D.C., dating back to Feb. 26. In the video, Rudd is wearing pink boots and a purple and white-striped Helly Hansen brand jacket, MyFoxDC.com reports.
