An Arizona mother has been accused of abusing her 10-month-old daughter by blowing cannabis smoke into her mouth to stop her crying after she hit her, the Arizona Republic reported Tuesday.
Jessica Callaway, 21, was arrested on suspicion of child abuse Saturday after her roommate captured video footage of her hitting her daughter. Police said the video showed Callaway picking her baby up by her left leg, spanking her and slapping her face.
After interviewing the roommate, police learned Callaway also blew cannabis smoke into her baby's mouth several times.
