Police say they'll try to piece together information from three crimes scenes to determine how and why a West Virginia man fatally shot four people, sending officials on an hours-long manhunt, before killing himself.

Thirty-nine-year-old Jody Lee Hunt, who owns a Morgantown towing company, was wanted in the deaths of four people in the three incidents. Police released few details other than a photo and the make and model of his truck as they sought him for much of Monday. In the evening, they said he was found dead in his vehicle in the woods.

Two of the victims were shot in the Westover area, outside Morgantown, and another in the Cheat Lake area in Monongalia County. Police say that on Tuesday, investigators will sit down to work out the details of what happened.
