2 Florida Teens Accused in Plot to Torture, Kill Boy

OCALA, Fla -- Marion county authorities say two teens were plotting to kill a juvenile and dismember the body.

The 16-year-olds were arrested Friday and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. They are not being identified because of their age.

Sheriff's officials received a report that the boys wanted to torture, kill and dismember another juvenile. Officials say the boys discussed gagging the juvenile, hitting him over the head and stuffing him into a "Kevlar bag" so he would sink. One suspect offered to bring a "torture kit."

When deputies searched his car they found an ax, surgical cutting tools, and other items.

Marion County authorities said a group lured a 15-year-old boy to a house in May where he was beaten and shot multiple times. His body was burned in fire pit.
