Most people like to feel refreshed after a nice snack, but one restaurant in the Philippines offers an in-your-face approach to meal time.
Waterfalls Restaurant, located at the base of manmade Labasin Falls on the Villa Escudero resort, literally keeps guests soaking between courses. Diners sit at bamboo tables placed in a few inches of water running straight from the falls.
No need to ask for an extra glass of water.

The website proudly proclaims that “the experience of dining on delicious local dishes with the sparkling waterfalls as a backdrop with clear spring water running over your feet is a truly singular and memorable experience only Villa Escudero can offer.”
This is one restaurant that doesn’t require fancy footwear.
Villa Escudero, located on a coconut plantation just two hours from Manila, offers guests different cultural experiences ranging from a rural village tour to rafting through the waters on a native bamboo float.
