Let's all go "Off the Record." You know I barbecued the Women's Media Center with a sizzling criticism about its recent social media campaign to ban the word "foreign," claiming it's not inclusive. That's about as dumb as it gets.

Banning the word foreign because it was not inclusive -- I was embarrassed for the Women's Media Center. I fear their silly stuff makes all women look silly.

So, let me turn to this: Last night's Fox Business Network debate included three women moderators. Yes, three: Trish Regan, Sandra Smith and Maria Bartiromo. And of course, you can't forget the other moderator, Neil Cavuto. He is always a star.

So, I want to focus on Fox Business Network, how they showcase three smart women. No, women should not get jobs just because they are women. That's actually sexist - makes them an object, and that's not how these women got their jobs last night. They have got them the old fashioned way - they earned them.

Each is experienced, smart, hard-working, ask great, probing questions, and they were fair. Good for them. They make women proud. They are great role models for all women. And that's my "Off the Record" comment tonight.
