Rare Glimpse Inside the Googleplex

The behind-the-scenes photos offer an unusual peek at the colorful developer culture at the 500,000 square foot complex, which includes gardens, free restaurants, a putting green and a basketball court.

Google HQ is apparently just as colorful as you might expect.

The sprawling campus offers its own putting green -- sorry, for a full golf course you'll have to leave work.

For the athletically inclined, the Googleplex offers basketball courts as well.

In a nod to nearby San Francisco, a trolley car (Google branded, of course) can be seen emerging from one section of the office.

Colorful furniture fills the massive space.

Google's signature color scheme can clearly be seen everywhere.
