Best Black Friday Camera Deals

Although you won’t find as many Black Friday camera deals as television deals in the days ahead, there are some enticing discounts to be had. The best feature kits that include an SLR camera body and not one but two lenses.
And that's great if you're shopping for someone who loves shooting sports, nature, or portraits. For the price of a standard kit, you can choose a lens that covers wide-angle to normal focal lengths and a telephoto lens tailored to a specific pursuit.
So far, according to BFAds.net, Best Buy has the most Black Friday camera deals, including four two-lens SLR kits and one mirrorless camera kit that also offers two lenses. The retailer has a couple of notable deals on superzoom point-and-shoots, too.

Nikon D3400 two-lens SLR kit (with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses, plus 32GB memory card): $499 (usually $650). The same deal is available at Target, but without the 32GB memory card. A similar deal is also available at Costco, but with an extra battery and subscription to Nikon School Online Class. This versatile model is an upgraded version of the Nikon D3300, which earned our recommendation.
Nikon D5300 two-lens SLR kit (with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses, plus 32GB memory card): $599 (usually $850 to $1,100). Our testers liked the D5300's large, high-quality LCD display.
Canon EOS Rebel T6i two-lens SLR kit (with 18-55mm and 55-250mm lenses, plus 32GB memory card and a camera bag): $799 (usually $900). We tested this versatile entry-level model and found that it includes many of the important features of the more expensive T6s at a lower price.

Canon EOS Rebel T6 two-lens SLR kit (with 18-55mm and 75-300mm lenses, plus 32GB memory card and camera bag): $449 (usually $600). The same deal is available at Target and Walmart, although with just a 16GB memory card, and at Kohl’s, but without a memory card. Our testers found this entry-level SLR to be packed with features in a pleasingly small package.
Sony a6000 two-lens mirrorless digital camera kit (with 16-50mm and 55-210mm lenses, plus 32GB memory card and camera bag): $699 (usually $830). We liked this camera for its compact size and an array of powerful features, including the ability to control the camera from a tablet or smartphone.
Point-and-Shoot Deals
Canon PowerShot SX530 HS 50x superzoom point-and-shoot (plus 32GB memory card and $30 Best Buy gift card): $229 (usually $260). Our testers tried the SX530 HS and found its high-quality zoom lens to be powerful and versatile.

Canon PowerShot SX720 HS 40x superzoom point-and-shoot (plus 32GB memory card): $279 (usually $345). Although it's somewhat expensive for a point-and-shoot, we liked the SX720 HS for its high-quality lens, which is great for travel.
