Demi Moore, 46, is supposed to be the only female celebrity brave enough - or perhaps even capable of - posing for the cover of a national magazine in a bikini at her, ahem, advanced age.
Well move over Demi, because Valerie Bertinelli is showing her bikini bod at check-out aisles across the country.
And her 49th birthday is right around the corner.

The former "One Day at a Time" star bares (almost) in this week's People Magazine, two years after she says she tipped the scales at 172 pounds.
The Jenny Craig spokeswoman says she last wore a bikini when she was 20 years old, and thought to herself, "If I'm so afraid of a bikini, there's something wrong. And so I had to get back into one!"

The svelte star now weighs in at a minuscule 123 pounds, but still thinks to herself, "I'm just one jalapeno popper away from being 40 pounds heavier again."
True dat.
