Two Teens Charged With Ethnic Intimidation for Cross Burning

Two 16-year-old boys were charged with ethnic intimidation after authorities say they burned a 6-foot-tall wooden cross outside a home near Detroit.
The boys' names weren't immediately released. Both were ordered held Thursday at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Facility.

The wooden cross was erected and set ablaze early June 20 outside a Sumpter Township home, said township police Detective John Toth. According to court records, the FBI is also investigating a man who might have been involved.
