• And FOX's Dana Lewis sat down with the State Department's liaison to the Saddam trial for an update on the proceedings. The liaison calls Saddam's outbursts "antics", and says the former Iraqi leader wants the court focused on everything but the evidence.
• His poll numbers might not be as high as he would like them to be, but President Bush is proving he can still bring in the money. Mr. Bush traveled to Minnesota, a state he lost in 2004, to campaign for a Republican candidate for Senate. As Wendell Goler reports, the president is still being welcomed with open arms when it comes to fundraising efforts.
• New Jersey Governor-elect Jon Corzine named Rep. Robert Menendez as his successor to serve out the remainder of his Senate term. Corzine was elected governor last month. His Senate term expires in 2006. Menendez will be New Jersey's first minority senator. David Lee Miller has a report on Corzine’s successor.

• And while Saddam is on trial for torturing and murdering hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, the most vigorous debate over torture is here in the U.S. where some accuse the country of torturing detainees, which the administration flatly denies. What is torture exactly? And while that is wrong and illegal, what can be done to interrogate captured terrorists about future plans when they don't want to cooperate? David Rivkin, an attorney and former Justice Department official who has advised the Bush administration on terrorism cases, joins us on the issue of torture.
