Shuttle to Try to Land Again After 2 Days of Rain
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}NASA says the space shuttle Atlantis is again going to try to land after two consecutive days of being rained out.
If the weather doesn't allow a Sunday landing at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the shuttle and its crew are going to be diverted to California.

NASA prefers to land the shuttle at the space center, but the forecast in Florida is rainy for the third day in a row. The weather at Edwards Air Force Base in California is looking much better, but it takes time and about $2 million to ferry the shuttle back across the country to Florida.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Atlantis can stay in space through Monday, but NASA doesn't want to cut it close.
The shuttle is trying to return to Earth after repairing and upgrading the Hubble Space Telescope.
