The new district court judge in the Microsoft antitrust case Wednesday ordered the parties to report on the remaining issues for the court to resolve by Sept. 14 and set a meeting on the status of the case for Sept. 21.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said Microsoft and the U.S. government should also identify ways to resolve the remaining issues, whether any additional evidence needs to be presented and a proposed schedule.
The status meeting was set for Sept. 21 at 9:30 a.m. (1330 GMT) according to the judge's order.
