An Army National Guard spokesman says two civilian construction workers were injured when a bathroom ceiling in an unoccupied barracks building fell on them.

Sgt. James Lally says both workers were taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening after the collapse around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at Camp Edwards on Cape Cod.

State police say one victim was flown to a hospital and another was taken by ambulance.

A Falmouth Hospital spokeswoman confirms one of the patients is being evaluated there, but did not have a condition.
