Karen Gibbs

Karen Gibbs was named FOX News Channel’s (FNC) senior business correspondent in April 1997, contributing to "Your World With Neil Cavuto," a weekday business news program for which she also serves as a substitute anchor. In addition, Gibbs appears as a regular panelist on the network’s weekend financial roundtable program, "Cavuto On Business."
Most recently, Gibbs was an anchor at CNBC, where she specialized in the credit and futures markets, and hosted such popular programs as "Money Wheel" and "Minding Your Business." Prior to joining CNBC in 1992, Gibbs spent nearly ten years at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., where she was a vice president and senior futures strategist. She also served as a hedging and trading strategist there.
A graduate of the University of Chicago with an MBA in finance and marketing, she began her career at the Chicago Board of Trade as a board marker and left as a member of the Office of Investigations and Audits.
