A detention hearing was to be held Monday. Korbe did not have an attorney and the hearing was rescheduled for Wednesday.

Korbe's wife, 40-year-old Christina Korbe, is charged with homicide. Police say she shot and killed FBI Special Agent Sam Hicks. Police say Korbe told them she thought her home was being burglarized and that she was shooting a home invader.

Agents say they clearly identified themselves before forcefully entering the home.
