The Supreme Court (search) has struck down a law yesterday that was passed to protect American children from pornography on the Internet. By a vote of 5 to 4, the court has ruled that the Federal government cannot enforce the Child Online Protection Act (search), which restricts sexually explicit material on the Net deemed harmful to minors.
