A man who robbed a bank in Horsham did not wrap his face in gauze, but investigators think he may be the same man they nicknamed the "mummy bandit" after a robbery in Doylestown, Bucks County, the previous week.
The way the man who robbed the Fulton Bank branch in Doylestown wrapped his head, FBI spokeswoman Jerri Williams said that in surveillance photos, "he really does kind of look like a mummy."
That was on the Sept. 26 robbery. The robber who took an undetermined amount of cash Tuesday from the Abington Bank branch in Horsham hid his face behind a black baseball cap, black sunglasses and a khaki jacket pulled up around his neck.

Williams said there are similarities in tellers' descriptions of the robber and his behavior.
