Authorities say they removed an explosive device from around a man's neck after a robbery attempt in Orange County.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office reports that someone tried robbing a check-cashing store Sunday morning. The suspect fled, but Capt. Angelo Nieves says a second man was left behind with the device around his neck.
Deputies brought the man outside the store, removed the device and disabled it.
