A quick-thinking Ohio police officer pulled a movie stunt-like move Sunday morning as he stopped an out-of-control Land Rover away from a pack of marathon runners after its driver had a seizure.
Mariemont police officer Keith Lewis jumped on the hood of the moving vehicle and swung his body toward the passenger seat and hopped inside, while a bystander pulled the emergency brake at the same time, preventing the vehicle from plowing down the runners, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Police say the vehicle was traveling about 20 miles per hour at the time of the incident.

"It was instincts, just pure instincts," Lewis told the newspaper. "I didn't have time to think about what was happening. My main thing was trying to stop the car before it went right through the crowd. It was just the adrenaline and trying to put in practice everything I've learned."
The unidentified driver was taken to a local hospital. She started to regain consciousness shortly after medics arrived.
