Car Bomb Kills Four; Wounds 34 in Iraq

A suicide car bomb exploded outside a police station in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul on Sunday, killing at least four people and wounding 34, the Iraqi police said.

The car detonated in the eastern Sumar neighbourhood of the city, destroying parts of the police station, houses, police cars and a dozen civilian vehicles, the police said.

The dead were police and the wounded were a mix of police and civilians.
