A US Airways flight has been taken to a remote location after a bomb threat was reported at Philadelphia International Airport.

Airport spokesman Mark Pesce said there are no passengers on board.

Pesce said the threat was reported around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and the flight was taken to a remote location.

He said he doesn't know where the plane was headed or how the threat came in.

Messages left with US Airways by The Associated Press were not immediately returned.
