Amber Alert Issued at Fort Bragg for Missing 5-Year-Old Girl
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}An Amber Alert has been issued at Fort Bragg for a missing 5-year-old girl, WRAL.com reported.
Te'amani LeSha Gerald was reportedly kidnapped from her front yard at 8:15 a.m., WRAL.com reported.
She is described as black, 3-feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. She was last seen dressed in a pink Dora the Explorer coat, blue jeans and a black shirt, the Web site reported.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Officials believe she might have been taken by Alexis D. Gerald and Phyllis Gerald.
Alexis Gerald was described as a black woman, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. There was no description of Phyllis Gerald, WRAL.com reported.
It is not known what their relationship is.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Witnesses reported Alexis Gerald and Phyllis Gerald were in a 1999 black Chevrolet Suburban with South Carolina license plate FVC-504.
Authorities suspect they may be driving to Charleston, S.C., the Web site reported.
