Police say a dispute over $100 at a dice game apparently led to the shooting death of 20-year-old Delvarious Yarnell Johnson of Holt and a suspect has been charged.
In Tuscaloosa, Police Capt. Loyd Baker says Johnson was found dead inside a car at an intersection in Holt around 11 p.m. Friday. Johnson had been shot once in the head.
Baker says 27-year-old Jonathan David Polk has been arrested and charged with capital murder. An investigation determined that Polk accused Johnson of stealing $100 during a game of dice at another location.

Baker says Polk left the game, saying he was going to get a shotgun.
