2 Men Dead in Florida School Bus Crash

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Two men were killed in a car crash with a Lee County school bus.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office said the crash occurred Thursday morning and the two men, who were in a car, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said the driver of the car, a black 1993 Honda Civic, lost control and the vehicle went into the southbound lane where it hit the school bus.

There were wet road conditions at the time of the crash.

The bus was occupied by its driver and two employees. No students were on board.

The driver and the other two passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries, but were not transported to a hospital.
